Shipping pots always comes with risk. The only company that will insure ceramics is UPS, and they only do this if I let them pack the items for a minimal additional fee. For this reason I will only ship international orders with UPS so we can have them insured for both of our protection, the additional packing fees they charge are quite reasonable. Canada has some of the most expensive shipping rates in the world at the moment. Be aware of these factors when ordering from an international destination. 

If a piece arrives broken and we cannot get any help or refund from the postal service I offer to remake the order at 50% of the original cost.
